1Introduction & Acceptance

4Betting Rules

• Bets once placed cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

5Payments & Financial Transactions

Financial transactions on tk10apps can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. No maximum limit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Maximum per transaction: ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 5–10 minutes (under normal circumstances).
• Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (to comply with anti-money laundering requirements).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Threatening or harassing other members.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Tk10apps may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the circumstances below. These decisions are made to protect the platform and ensure a fair experience for all members.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Registering as a minor.
• If false identity information or documents are submitted.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (24 months).

You may also request to close your account at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after your balance has been withdrawn. Self-exclusion requests made under Responsible Gaming are processed on a priority basis.

10Limitation of Liability
